Although bank holiday on monday the first of the month is today, a wednesday. I didn't think the bank holiday would affect today's payments...

So has anyone had their money taken?

I thought the club would also ringfence the money on the first. That is the impression I got from the lady who sorted our ticket. She said "money is taken on the first, maybe the second or third because of bank holidays but have the money in there for the first or it'll cause some trouble" which implies it gets ringfenced on the first?

There appears to be some kind of problem with the direct debit scheme. I've had all types of monthly figures quoted over the phone due to non collection. My advice is leave your monthly payments ready for collection as it will happen at some point... Teething problems with the new accounts system possibly......
