It is club policy that we do not allow visiting fans in home areas, so if they identify themselves they will be politely asked to leave.
Not quite sure what you mean by the second point, a fan cheering Palace losing? Man United winning? Crawley, Worthing or Eastbourne winning? Does it really happen other than at half-time?
