Other than the high level block view I've still never seen a seating plan for the rest of the stadium so don't expect one for the parts that haven't been built yet.

Q1: Where on t'internet might you expect to find the plans for an application recently approved by the local planning authority (ie Brighton and Hove City Council)?

the new seating plan is on club website just click on book tickets online home games,then select cup final game and view stadium plan.only showing blocks at moment!but usefull if booking new season ticket over the phone!
