You'll be joining the queue at the ticket office for a duplicate unless your smart card arrives in the post in the morning.

Spoke to the ticket office today, yo have to go to the AMEX Ticket Office if they do not arrive in the morning.

Have we got any indication as to how many people don't have their smart card because that is gonna make a big difference has to what time people need to get there to join the queue

Not received ours either, but the season ticket smartcard has arrived today. Do you think the the SSF will be loaded onto the card to use at the turnstile?

If you have your season ticket smart card then you use that at the turnstile.

If you don't have your smart card by tomorrow morning, or you're not a season ticket holder and don't have a paper ticket, make sure you have your fan number and/or your email receipt and take it to the ticket office at the Amex tomorrow.
