I have registered to run in the Sport Relief Mile Challenge on Sunday 16th March in Brighton - I shall be doing the 6 Mile Challenge, to help raise some money for charity.

I am sort of, as Howie the Hornet's helper so to speak. I will be running the mile at 11.30am in Horsham Park.
