Good post, how I see it too. Maybe a new head honcho but Lancaster stays in in some kind of performance director type role?
I like this idea, I just don't think it's feasible. Would be very difficulty to move from being an unsuccessful head coach to then becoming performance director. Essentially he'd concede he wasn't good enough at selecting and coaching but accept he's got something to offer. Just not sure it could ever work but I hope this isn't the last we see of Lancaster in the England set up.
