Smart card problems

I think that funds have taken from my smart card by someone other than me!

When I tried to log in ( Brighton )
to check all transactions, I wasn't able to. I've been trying for 5 days now.

Can you confirm that this is the right web address and if it is, can you advise me
who I should contact to sort this out?
