I too can't stand Alliss. When you hear Faldo commentate on US tv with all the technical info it just pisses on Alliss, who seems to spend his whole time listing golf club centenaries and local pro's who are ill and will be watching at home

Agree with that, a typical bit of Alliss commentary would be

"and happy birthday to ex club captain of Fife golf club, George Oldboy whom is 80 years young today."

Fantastic stuff, aswell as showing the Par Three tournament on Wednesday before the Masters starts. And it will also be in glorious 3D aswell!

Sky have already improved the coverage and it's not even started yet.

The live preview programme tonight was pretty good I only watched bits and pieces flicking over from football but it's repeated a couple of times tonight so will sky+ it as there was loads of decent behind the scenes stuff. Monty and Butch Harmen in the studio summerising.
