Six weeks and not heard back from club

Can you help?
I emailed Ken Barnard on several Albion emails and also sent in a letter but have not had a reply. This was over six weeks ago, despite the club's charter stating 21 days.
It's on behalf of the BHA Supporters Football Club.
I've today tried to email my query to your email on here but it bounces back.
Can you help at all?
