Shaftesburys Shutters and Blinds - Any NSC'ers ever used this firm?

I am thinking of replacing the curtains in my flat (probably with Venetian Blinds - much easier to clean, and one of the tracks is pulling out of the wall). Shaftesburys, Shutters - Plantation shutters - Window shutters and blinds | Shaftesburys shutters and blinds have a shop down the road from me, but I noticed that their Headquarters is on the Victoria Road Industrial Estate in Burgess Hill. I wondered if any NSC'ers had used them, and if so, what you thought regarding price, quality of work, etc.

Venetian blinds are very 1980's. Have a look round and you will see the majority of blinds are vertical these days.
