I wont beat around the bush a say this is happening to a 'friend'
Bird at work is now pregnant (6 weeks). Since she announced it 3 weeks ago she has worked just 2 days saying she felt ill. Everyone thinks she is taking the piss, including the women. Her attitude when here is terrible and affecting morale. Spoken to the CAB who are useless, spoken to Acas who are good but complicated. Can anyone rec. a decent website to look under?
