Salad cream or mayonnaise?

Mayo with chips but salad cream (has to be Heinz) with baked spud....don't know why.

A scotch egg with a little salad cream too.

An Uncle Sams chili burger with fries + mayo cup.

I bet most ex-pats would vote salad cream. Mayonnaise you can get in any country. Salad Cream is completely British and I can't get it anywhere here. Hence I have overwhelming cravings for it and have to bring back at least a litre of the stuff whenever I visit the UK.

Salad cream is just wrong. Each to their own and all that but it should be wiped from the face of the Earth.
