Surprised that no one has mentioned the problem of being charged full price online for U-17 tickets. Had a similar problem with the Carling Cup games when I tried to book for my 14 year old son, but that was fixed eventually by a visit to the club shop and his entry was changed to U-18. Am now facing the same problem all over again - I guess the programme cannot cope with another new age category. Very frustrating, as it will no doubt mean hanging on the phone for hours. How can the club justify charging a booking fee in these circumstances?
