Parading a humiliated Saddam Hussein in front of the Arab world's media seems to me to be an odd tactic if the American government are really intent on winning the hearts and minds of the people.
He's already started to preach to his supporters from the dock.
Eventually, when they see him strung up, they aren't going to be in any mood to negotiate a peace settlement.
This really is a very dangerous course of action that the US administration has embarked upon.
