A nightmare to organise though (venue / equipment / medicals for each participant / insurance / ringside doctors / weight divisions / fighters dropping out etc etc).

Essex Fire & Rescue have an amatuer boxing night vs. London Fire Brigade each year and it takes a huge amout of organising.

But its great fun, unless you end up like this...
