Where could he go to be acclaimed the greatest ever coach? Real Madrid, Man U, Inter, Bayern Munich… all the World’s most famous clubs would have him in a heartbeat. BUT how could he improve their records? He couldn’t!
Staying at the Albion, bringing us fame, fortune and titles would make him a Messiah. You know it makes sense Roberto!

Frankly, right now I'd be happy with a clean sheet this side of Easter.
You can buy them at most supermarkets these days. Or try washing them.

I assume you would have nylon sheets.

He could make a shed more money at these other clubs you mention, and win more trophies and a higher profile across the world.
But, apart from that he should probably stay with the Albion for the next 10 years.

Money.
You're the manager at a local high street charity shop. You've built it up to being the busiest little charity shop in the UK. The staff and customers love you.
M&S come calling, offering you triple the money you're on now for the job as manager at their number one outlet.
Admiration from customers doesn't pay the bills.

RDZ isn’t a volunteer at Brighton, he gets paid. Some managers want excessive riches, but very few stick with their ‘big’ club. Job satisfaction is also a factor for some managers. Others are ambitious for trophies.
The comparison of a charity shop & M&S is ludicrous.

Who said the manager of the charity shop was an unpaid volunteer? Quite likely he was a paid employee - not everyone working in charity shops is a volunteer - and some of the top charity managers are on substantial wedges.
