Dragging up the fans v customers thing again would be a waste of his (and your) time. He's already explained his position very clearly on that - that we are all BOTH - that its Gus' job to deal with the fan in us, and his job to look after the customer.

Barber is doing his best for the club moving forward, and I don't care whether he calls us fans, punters, income streams, consumers or customers.

Greater income will hopefully ameliorate the losses and help the football side.

Why weren't the annual accounts/return for 2011/12 available at Companies House in time for the Club's disclosure of an £8m loss over this period (or even now, some weeks later)?
