Should be banned for life, imo.

I think they've updated the article - says the banning order is 10 years when I click it

Northampton fans running on pitch with smoke bombs and flares at tonight’s L2 semi final.

Every match now seemingly has illegal pyrotechnics, both kids and adults frequently entering field of play.

What’s got into people suddenly?

Life’s been tough on the 30 year old.

Pathetic creature. Even more pathetic using ‘my girlfriend won’t be able to pay bills or feed my kid’ as defence. (well, she’ll have to go on the game, and the child sold)

I noticed that old chestnut. 24 weeks so he’ll be out in 3 months, just three mortgage repaymemts.

Finding work afterwards might be a bigger concern.

Scenes from Port Vale suggest more problems with fans confronting players after the penalty shoot out.

….then there is this extract from the bbc match report

“That seemed minor compared to Calvert-Lewin's winner. Everton fans could not contain their delight, running onto the pitch, with Zaha seeming to take issue with some supporters' attentions.” :moo:

Early reports suggest he stayed on his feet

The last line confirms that was fake news.

Everton fans tonight further evidence that sizeable minority think it’s fine to run on pitch, confront players, let off pyrotechnics…

Authorities need to get a grip. Netting, moats, fences, bans, hose pipes, mines, snipers. Everything’s up for debate.
