Great news but i'm not entirely convinced by Insider's reply.I doubt he is allowed to discuss Poyet's contract details but i believe there are a few terms and conditions like certain clubs trigger a clause etc.
It doesn't matter to much as long as he signs though and is commited.

We've been told all has been agreed for a while and he has been "days away" from signing for about 8 weeks now.
