He never even mentioned that Gus was going! He purely said Coventry have made an approach. That could well be the case. I would be surprised if they didn't consider Gus.

We all know he wouldn't go so there's no need for the slating.

It's not over-reaction. Every time, EVERY TIME a club sack their manager some joker starts a thread about Poyet going there, usually with references to mythical mates and contacts. It's predictable and extremely tiresome and the only interest and amusement to be had is in reading the replies where the OP is usually told not so be such a boring plum.

Given their plummet down the table they'd be better off with Paul Hart or Russell Slade. I'd have said Jesus but I know he's busy next month.
