Poyet manager of the year definitely and all things being equal he would walk manager of the month but I think Peter Reid deserves a special mention, working under the hardest conditions in all the leagues, he has my utmost respect for maintaining the morale of the players who have not been paid this year, no whinging or complaining just getting on with the job with humour and dedication.
