Does ANYONE still buy these?

I would've thought the internet had killed them off by now, but there they still are at the newsagent. Seriously, wh's buying them?

When's the last time you bought one? Do you miss the tension, embarassment and thrill of the purchase, then dashing home to crack one off?

I think today's youth are missing out on something because of the convenience of the internet.

If you look at revenue streams from the adult entertainment industry then magazines have suffered noticeably. However there still is a demographic sector who are not particularly IT literate and therefore use scud mags as their preferred wank aid. As this demographic ages it is unlikely that there will be many readers who will be following them, as younger consumers of grumble prefer moving to static pictures.

The publishers of all types of jizz art have always been at the forefront of new technology, be it phones, internet or webcam to assist the male population knock one out.

I would expect this trend to continue, with interesting opportunities arising from the advent of 3-D television and films, and also Microsoft's project Natal on PC's rather than Xbox. This is the area that I am currently researching, and hope to update my published papers on this topic over the next few years.

About 7 years ago. No embarrassment as I have no recollection buying it. I woke up on a Sunday morning after a particularly heavy day on the ale with the Albion with a copy of Club International and 2 pints of strawberry-flavoured milk. What must've been going through my mind at two in the morning will remain a mystery!

I've never bought one, but then I'm only 21. I've been a proud member of the internet generation, with excellent sites such as redtube and zodcaps.

I used to buy nuts and zoo. But then realized that wasn't for me in more than one way.

There were always free mags to be had in our local alleyways and twittens when we were kids. I dont remember newsagents doing them. They only did jamboree bags and tip tops and the like.

When my brother bought his first copy of Parade it featured some shots of our auntie, who is now aged about 70. It shook him up it did.

I guess it's the same as newspapers, except, I guess papers have the added advantage of you not being accosted if you buy one and read it on the commuter train...
