I liked the part of The Argus article where a local said the seagulls were bad enough.

I know the seagulls in Queens Park here are pretty aggressive but I've not yet had a mouthful of abuse from them.

To be fair, I think he is yet to be accused of crapping on anyone's head or stealing chips?

It was all over facebook with locals a couple days ago. Not heard anything he's supposed to have actually said though. If he has any sense he might lay low for a while unless wants the publicity of being caught.
