Not quite the same thing but not only are Derby County rarely referred to as just Derby, it's also de rigeur to tag the manager's name in there too.

"Wayne Rooney's Derby County"

"Frank Lampard's Derby County"

On the FA Cup draw at the weekend it was even "Paul Warne's Derby County" when the ball came out.
