Photo Techy Help Required Please

Seen before how clever some of you fellow Albion Fans are.

Got a fairly new Camera and taken some piccies I'm quite pleased with, what I would like to do is make them Black and white and then pick out one colour, like those posters you see of the Yellow cabs or Red London buses.

Help for a thicky would be much appreciated.

I may be wrong but I think that is a particular feature certain cameras have rather than an editing tool.

You can do that with a decent photo editing software product... like Adobe Photoshop for example.
