They reckoned that the VAR screen may not have been working. Reported some bloke with a radio working on it and waving away.

Speculation, but would explain why the ref never even looked

That would fit exactly into the story of our season up till now.

You're average man united fan must watch games all year thinking that if it's not going well, it'll be ok coz of there are any tight decisions or 50/50 VAR reviews, more often than not they'll get the benefit.

Tbf championship and league one teams probably think the same about us.

Fence - as I think had to go to refs decision - 50/50 so glad VAR which is ****, didn’t intervene in a way - as long as it’s consistent. But after the Amex debacle we were owed a decision tonight - shame VAR still seems to favour the big clubs which is absolutely corrupt.

Don't think it was but also know if that was Dunk on one of their's it would have been given. It's the inconsistency that is so frustrating.

I didn't think it was a penalty, and still don't, However, if you're the right team at the right time with the right ref, its a stone wall VAR penalty.

Bottom line for me is Maguire is a ****.

Yes,it is a penalty...Riverside Mike is never gonna give it,he would have to have sent Maguire off.
