I bet a lot more Brighton fans voted for it than people reckon. In fact, I'd guess that at least 50% was Brighton fans.

I did add 6 sneaky votes to GAO to keep it interesting. I needn't have bothered...

(lots of new NSC members this evening, BTW)

As it's now finished I just want to say thanks to
- Jo for getting gullys girls to agree to this
- The palace fans who have donated £50 to REMF tonight
- Little Al who said he will still donate £100 to REMF
- The Brighton fans who joined me in voting for Glad All Over

There have been 223 votes cast as i type, if everyone that voted donated just one pound, that would be great. C'mon guys.

I think the problem with that idea is the problem that hits a lot of sites - how to manage small amounts.

I believe that the charges the bank make to handle credit cards make it unfeasible to donate a £1.

If there was a way of cracking micropayments, a lot more sites would start charging.

I never said limit it to a quid.I think most would donate £5

What a great way to show what the REMF is about (IMO the joining of arch enemies for a short moment in time). If one of the Palace guys could arrange for GOSBTS to be played at there ground/shithole* (delete as applicable) then that would really raise awareness of the great work that's done by REMF (and fans on both sides that do the work).

25 pounds have been donated, and a belated and uncounted vote for GOL!

Come on Palace boys, we're still way short of our target.

Well done everybody for the good cause.
