few rules:

1.. dont talk AT ALL when the presenters are talking
2.. dont call things out
3.. speak when you are spoken to...even when helen comes and sits next to you
4.. if a presenter kicks a ball at you, which lovejoy used to do when the highlights are being shown, dont kick it back and break a light :-(
5.. don't try to goose the soccerette...they normally come with f*** off great yobs as boyfriends.
6.. dont scratch your balls or try to rearrange the old fellah when on camera

It is actually very interesting to see it being produced as there are great gaps when you just sit around or wander about for adverts highlights and all VT stuff.

I think you should do the OPPOSITE of these.
