Albion in the Community (AITC) is supporting an NHS campaign aimed at helping remove the stigma surrounding mental health.AITC has teamed up with Brighton & Hove City Council, Brighton & Hove CCG and young people from the city's YMCA Right Here project to support the #IAMWHOLE campaign.Siobhan Meaker
#IAMWHOLE is aimed at young people under 25, and last week Albion's under-23 squad players Vahid Hambo and Henrik Bjordal attended an event at the Amex ahead of today’s campaign launch, which coincides with World Mental Health Day.
The players were joined by Seagulls mascot Gully and the trio posed for a photograph alongside local school children and representatives from the YMCA Right Here project.

Organisers of the campaign are asking people to post their support for #IAMWHOLE on social media throughout the day.AITC’s health manager Siobhan Meaker was delighted that the charity was able to show its support for the campaign.
She said, “The #IAMWHOLE initiative is a fantastic project, with admirable aims.
“We know that a healthy lifestyle starts at a young age, and we work with the local council and Public Health on a number of programmes to help improve the wellbeing of children, young people and their families across the city.”
