No idea Rev. Ask the ticket office. Why does it matter to you if its 29,800 or 30,200 ?
It doesn't matter to him at all, except that he is drawn like a fly to sh1t to anything about attendances. Somehow, in his petty mind, he is trying to be negative about a crowd approaching 30000. It is weird.

Boys, stop feeding the cretinous troll. You are giving him the oxygen he craves in order to create a stirring in his pants.

5x rows of seg in the south and 5 x rows of seg in the east corner would mean approx 680 seats ish so 30,150 att

This is my reckoning too. So the missing seats are either:-

An unsoldout away allocation
Bigger segregation areas
Unsold 1901 seats
Unsold school shelf seats
Or a combination of some or all

Club are saying they are expecting 29.500 - so will be short of the 30k mark despite selling out.

Nope. Club said yesterday there will be "an expected attendance of over 29,500"
http://www.seagulls.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/brighton-hove-albion-norwich-city-3386651.aspx
and this morning they said it was "sold out".

what that means in terms of actual attendance - who knows. but it doesn't mean they "expect" 29,500.

Exactly. Suspect that article was written when there were seats left too.......be very surprised if the announced attendance is less than 30k now.

I don't think it's as simple as that, as I believe there are slightly more seats than the capacity. I could be wrong though. They certainly managed to remove seats from the lower East to make space for 1901 without reducing capacity.

Looks like Norwich have S1E all the way round and to include some of E 1H.

There is a new divide in the ESL. If it's been there before I've not noticed it. But it means E1G can be used for home fans and E1H for away.

It looks like a 5 column segregation in the south but double in the east.

I am guessing this means an away allocation over 3000.

Shame we didn't keep E1H for ourselves as we would have surely filled it.

Guessing this is the same arrangement for Villa

Considering their numbers today, they have to rank up there with one of the quietest travelling fans ever to visit the Amex.
