Propper 142 and 146. The others high 120s - 130s. Ryan is 142 and 157! All seem to have Important matches around 15-16. It's like the club used an FM filter!

1. Open FM database.
2. Filter for International experience.
3. Filter for Europe, filter OUT players playing in England.
3. Sort by:
a) Passing
b) Team Work
c) Important Matches
d) Flair
e) Technique

If season stats are available, sort by:

a) Pass completion rate
b) Key passes per game
c) Assists

Job done.

This is basically what I do. Except when I send my scouts out I specify that they look for players with 12+ Determination and Work Rate so that my scouting pool is full of hard-working motherchuffers.

In my current save Ryan was signed by City and been first choice keeper for years (Currently in 2024). Clearly, he's premier league quality (at least according to the game).

On the other hand, Stockdale stayed despite having to wait three seasons for promotion and kept his place for a year before retiring.
