Little things like the proper press seats/tables, and the quality of finishing inside (compared to breeze-block cheapo stadiums) gives it a quality look.

Be great of say a England U-21 game could be played there one day soon.

i take it there will be no roofs over the benches. Looking at that if you put some covers over them, the people in the first few rows won't be able to see.
