New Building at Brighton Uni

Does anyone know what it being built at Sussex Uni next to the Esporta Gym Car Park. A massive multi coloured building has been built below the new teaching block that was built to replace the one knocked down for the Stadium.

I heard it was going to be a new Gym and pool but can't find anything on line about it.

My friend has a job lifeguarding / recreational assistant I believe it's called starting when it opens next week. Says it looks very modern and well set up..... might have to go check it out.

It is a big gym etc... can't see a pool on the plans though so not sure what lifeguard will be doing ? They are also still building it, is it really opening next week ?
