Seems to be reeled out by NSC’ers and pundits, because we’ve been awful in Nations League games.

Arsenal/Leeds/CP/Wolves/Staines/NUFC had no European campaign, Spuds were awful in all 3 cups with early exits, Sterling wasn’t trusted in more tricky club games, Stones is often a sub.

Only Rice and Bowen were flogged to the proverbial.
