You would have to say the Huddersfield game up next is huge, it’s one they can’t afford to lose.

Feel sorry for him. Should have stayed at Luton, and/or waited for something better than Stoke to come along. Which would have been pretty much any job. Stoke was an awful move to choose, poisoned chalice.

No one held a gun to his head

Just thought you may like to know . . .Stoke just lost at home to Huddersfield. That makes it 100/1 on that Nathan Jones will get the sack. . . . . . Over the last 6 games Stoke has scored 4 goals with 11 against . .that's 27% . . . . . . Albion's tally over the last 6 games is 17%. . . . . .

Watched the final 30 minutes out of morbid fascination in how bad it has got there. Absolutely horrendous, one of the worst football games you will ever see played in an atmosphere akin to the moon. Stoke didn’t manage a single shot on target in the game, Huddersfield one.

Looks like it’s curtains for him and when Stoke fans didn’t think it could get any worse..................the favourite to replace him is Alan Pardew.

Said at the time that it was a terrible decision. Went for a short-term boost to his salary even though it was detrimental to his career.

He'll get another League 2 (or even League 1) reasonably quickly though
