“We have invested heavily in the women’s squad and infrastructure going into this season, and results and performances have not been at the level we had expected, given that investment.

I don't follow the womens team so can't comment, other than to say the (mens) U-18s had a fantastic spell when Mikey Harris and Mark Beard were joint coaches so I think the team will be in good hands.
