Another game of two halves. First half we were overrun. Second half at least we competed. Probably didn't deserve even a point.

Ryan 8. Great saves, but wayward kicking.
Bruno 7. One or two lovely touches. Decent game. Not sure his cross for the goal was intended as a cross, but apparently the oldest p[layer in the Premier League to get an assist.
Duffy 8. Immense. No one deserves 9 after that first half shambles.
Dunk 8 Ditto.
Bong 6. Made me very nervous at times.
Stephens 6. Didn't impose himself on the game. Some woeful passing.
Kayal7. Looked very good in the first half, but faded in the second. Maybe his yellow affected his performance.
Jahanbaksh 7. Some good stuff, but hope there's more to come from him.
Izquierdo 8. Very good performance, particularly second half. Should have done better with the one-on-one.
March 6. OK. When is Gross back?
Murray 7. What a player! Not his best performance, but 100 goals for the club and six this season! Wow! Hope Gus has noticed!

Subs
Bissouma 5. Poorest I've seen from him.
Knockaert 3. Awful. That screw up at the end was pathetic. no wonder he walked straight off the pitch after the game.

Ryan 8 - surely man of the match and how good was that final save from Bennett? Several other important stops. Marked him down purely because his distribution seems less effective of late but I suspect that's partly to do with the current inability of some of our outfield players to show for the ball
Bruno 7 - exceptional display. Made up for lack of relative pace with his positional play and experience. yet to develop the rapport with AJ that he has with Knocky.
Duffy 7 - less high balls into the box than he has become used to of late but blocked well and positionally disciplined. The missed header was a shame.
Dunk 8 - just shaded his pal partly because of that header over the bar from Neves' free kick
Bong 5 - going through a bad patch - for me he is consistently struggling positionally and for ball control and Izquierdo isnt the naturally defensive winger he needs to give him protection
Stephens 6 - didn't shine but did a really solid job breaking up play in midfield.
Kayal 6 - need him to be able to break forward as the counterpoint to Stephens' defensive strength but couldnt manage to push us forward today. Another booking means he's probably a game away from being suspended.
Jahanbaksh 5 - nothing really wrong but for large parts of the game he was making up numbers. Needs to work on physical presence and be calmer when half chances present themselves
March 6 - hard to criticise as he is not a number 10. His pass selection just isn't up to the position and he doesnt seem to be sufficiently aware of the big picture. Counter that with hard work, especially as defensive cover but still better as a winger.
Murray 7 - solid display and his goal exemplified the quality professional he is. Calmness personified and absolutely deadly. 6 goals from 7 efforts on target this season!
Izquierdo - 6 lucky not to give away a penalty for handball and he and Bong seemingly have absolutely no relationship on the pitch. Works hard and going forward his pace frightens defenders so what a shame he doesnt see the ball more often and more quickly. Missed a great opportunity one on one with Coady late on through lacking confidence to take responsibility.

subs:
Bissouma - 6 such a big ask for him to get us out of defence as a late sub when we didnt manage it up to that point. seemed unsure of what was expected and slow tracking back helped them get Bennett forward for that final chance
Knockaert - 6 felt he could have come on earlier to help support Bruno on the right and give some energy and pace pushing out of defence. Missed his chance to shine late on when he needed to be greedy.

overall:
Not enough of the team were really on form and as a result we couldnt hold on to the ball or move it forward. Wolves were excellent and yes they pushed us back but on a better day we have enough skill and tactical nous to do better. We need to be much more proactive/assertive because one day the fine margins will go against us.
Winning is great but it mustn't cover for obvious (and repetitive) deficiencies.

Yes agree but we defended for virtually the whole game against a side who got promoted last season and the same last week against a side that hadn't won yet this season.
Incredible that these two sides managed around 55 shots against us with us managing very few.

There's digging deep I agree but come on something tells me we have something wrong to be that negative regardless of results.
The points are brilliant but as fans we do like to win in style :)

Fulham like to entertain - but they have 5 points

Izquierdo 6. On defensive duty , which curtailed his attacking
