[Help] Man with a Van - Hangleton to Portslade on weekend of Sat26th Nov

Can anyone help? Looking for a "man with a van" (or any variation of human & large vehicle) that can help my daughter move out (finally!). Van needs to fit a Double bed, Mattress & Double wardrobe, everything else we can/will car over from Hangleton to Portslade. Don't necessarily need help with any heavy lifting, we can manage that, its just a van we can't do ourselves.
