My nemesis is late evening snacking. Preventing the loss of a 'mere' 1.5st which on paper shouldn't be too difficult. I blame it on having nice food in the larder for my daughter .
The rest of my diet is healthy ... no beer, lots of veg/fruit, no carbs at lunch, plenty of protein.
