With the greatest respect, and I'm not necessarily doubting either of you, but you need to give some sort of info to then claim u were 'itk' if something does go through this wk (which I'd imagine it's quite likely it will!)

i don't claim i'm ITK at all, just something I've heard and it seems plausable

I think its safe to assume that we will have someone by the end of the week, all this I know crap. The club have been trying all summer to get a few people in.

'all this I know crap' yet I have just said i'm not ITK if you read what I said, its just something I've heard from someone not associated with Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club at all.

As regards arriving late from the concourses would it not be possible to extend the bell that the ref sounds to tell the players to leave the dressing rooms so that it can be heard on the concourses, or is that too difficult. If people choose to get back for the start they can if not they stay with their beer.

BensGrandpop,

I agree - and we can a picture of Quasimodo on the screens screeching 'the bells, the bells'.

:)

I was late back to my seat for the second half because I was in the que for a drink, so either you miss 2 mins at the end of the first half or 2 mins of the second half or don't have drink at half time, I would never leave my seat until final whistle.

Only on NSC could an OP about turning up late for kick-off turn into a "I'm ITK, but not really ITK" binfest. Good effort, people.

Workers at the stadium don't finish until after kick off.
I get to my seat 15-20 mins after the start.

I think this is a good point.

An argument can be made about leaving early to avoid crowds (although I disagree with it and hate it), but getting to seats late is worse. Ground should be packed before kick off, no excuses.
Depending on how pissed you are, time becomes more difficult to judge.....and at our prices you're not going to leave a half finished pint. Perhaps a five minutes to ko bell would be a good idea?
