Working my way slowly through Pink Floyd Early Years box set so likely to be something by them for the next month. This morning was Atom Heart Mother.

That's the one. I have listened to the choir and orchestra version for over 40 years and to hear the stripped-down version is amazing.

Always seemed so much better live... although I only ever saw it live twice (the two nights at Cadogan Hall in London in 2008, one of which had DG guesting!), I've heard most of the live recordings "out there" of the piece in concert.
