NS of C, can anyone recommend a decent property/land valuer in the Shoreham area?
Looking to get an honest value on a house and the land it sits on.
Someone who could advise how much it would/could make if sold as a residential site with potential to split for commercial use as well.
Or who could suggest if it would be better to bulldoze the lot and sell the land solely, either for future housing or a larger commercial piece of land.
At present some of it is used for storage of vehicles and has been in the past, rented out as such.
Obviously the local estate agents could, but would they be trusted to value accordingly and not pass it on to their nearest and dearest developer at a discounted rate?
