I gave us a win against rotherham, a draw against west ham and defeats against burnley and ipswich and we still stay up.

I'll settle for this all right. I've got us getting a point a game. Looking at the Gillingham games, they are not yet out of the mire. Mind you, we can't afford to drop a point otherwise we will be relegated on a crap goal difference.

Cardiff 46 -3 54
Watford 46 -8 50
Crewe 46 -15 49
Brighton 46 -26 49
Coventry 46 -15 48
Gillingham 46 -19 48
Nottm Forest 46 -23 48
Rotherham 46 -30 30

Notice a trend on the most recent calculations (ignoring the palace fan of course)??? Everyone seems to only be giving us 4 more points.

But just 4 more points and a total of 49 will probably give us a fighting chance of staying up. We have tough games but so do the others fortunately.

Can't help reflecting that 51 wasn't enough last year to keep Walsall up last year -- and you're right, the goal difference is enough to casue the odd white night as well.

I'm crossing all possible fingers here tomorrow, and have been training the cats to do likewise.
As they technically have toes, and not fingers, I don't know if that counts....

Watford are going down I reckon. They'll draw at Rotherham & that's it for their points
