How about Knight to the gift shop, Adams and Wilkins to Lewes where their talent and personalities would probably just about help to improve them, and NSC form a "www.myfootballclub.co.uk" type thing and we pick the team, choose the manager, decisde on the colour of kits etc, by voting every week.
