It appears that some of the seats from Withdean have ended up at Newhaven's ground

Not very often you see a Sussex side putting around 2,000 seats in, let alone one in County Division 3 who probably get 20 people a game. I know a few people on Nomad have been talking about it, so does anyone here know what's the motive behind it?

Complete stab in the dark, but could Whitehawk be ground sharing with them whilst their pitch gets turned around because we are staying at Withdean?

They are upping their capacity to cope with the demand for season tickets when they announce the signing of Michael Owen this week.

Where are they going to put 2000 seats? The stand that they built ( but didn't finish ) in the early 90's is virtually derelict now, and even if it was usable it couldn't accomodate 2000 people.

Will 2,000 seats be enough when Michael Owen is turning out for Albion Reserves ???

They've put some in the stand and a load more in front of it. The rest of the seats are behind both goals.

Seems it's true. I played for Newhaven for a bit in my youth when they were in Div 1 and getting crowds of around 150!! God knows where the news fans are coming from!!!

Maybe they are offering current STH the chance of bringing +3!!
