Its not about the missing the two tests as much as the timing of these misses, if only this luxury of being allowed to miss tests was afforded to Pro Cyclists the world would be clean. The benefit of 'drug' usage lasts longer than does the drug in the system, anyone believing that artificial supplements of be it legal or determined to be illegal substances are not being used by top athletes in all sport is deluding themselves. Clean athletes don't win and if you don't win, you stop competing. How many contemporary athletes, and I mean those who have not finished their careers and now feel it a conscious cleansing exercise to spill the beans, complain about being beaten by those on drugs?
