Sounds like it would be a good move for all parties. And stop the SCC signing anyone decent.

However, would it still not be worth putting in an offer? We are a club on the up, and ipswich, well aren't. Although they should stay up.

Agree with your sentiments but if the offer of £2 million turns out to be accurate we are way out of the running!

good was just reading on skysports about four clubs chasing him including saints, so glad he might be making a sensible decision not to go there

I can see what Saints are trying to do though. Sign up every decent striker in the division and they may get out of it without having to go through the playoffs

No chance of coming here!- we wouldn't pay over £1million

Out of the 2 I might prefer LuaLua if we were to spend some money, and he shouldn't cost as much as 2 million. Then sign a free agent striker in the summer
