Andres Iniesta is one of the few players who has no critics, unbelievable footballer.

Barca will be much weaker without him, and I'm all for that!

Thought it was pretty much a done deal that he was going to China?
I believe it is, he has certainly said that he doesn't want to stay in Europe, partly because he doesn't ever want to play against Barca.

As I'm sure you knew, my thread wasn't entirely serious.

What a player though.

He has his 34th birthday in 2 weeks time is he therefore too old for a top European League?
No.

If he wanted it, I'm sure he'd have his pick of European clubs from multiple top leagues.

He could fulfil the not playing against Barca criteria by signing for us

one of the best players I've ever seen.

Has to be top 5 of all time.

Absolutely this. Can only manage 60-70 minutes these days but for that amount of time when I saw him against Levante he was outstanding. Everything went through him and he might just be the most creative passer of a ball there is. He and Messi are virtually telepathic when they're on it.

What a player though.

Then he can happily singe for Palace, Sheffield Wednesday or Leeds.

(or ourselves. There I said it)
