Sorry if this has been suggested before - i know there was another thread on new NSC but I quite liked it when you got a pm on the old format it would freeze the whole screen and pop up that you had a message. Now it doesnt and it's quite easy to miss if you have one... Does that make sense?!

It's a pain in the arse. The property of a genuine external link is the same as for anything at all that is a link on the site. So, that means the links to each thread on the Forum display have to be a different colour too.
