Good grief ..... the political party you do anything to defend suggests a tax rise to assist the vulnerable in society and you support it. Yet you'd rather those who aren't vulnerable get the housing designed to support that very group. The housing list is huge and it is not helped by the selling of council houses ( you know, by that person you hate and blame many of todays ills on ) and people like Crowe holding onto housing they don't need. Would I rather see a family living on the breadline living in a council house or someone like Crowe earning over 4.5 times the national average salary ? The family on the breadline EVERY time would win in my eyes. Of course there are people that support pricks like Crowe who would rather he had the house and the family on the breadline lived in a B&B.

Brilliant!

Why should Mr Crowe be forced out and be subject to rip off rents on properties provided by buy to let landlords, some of whom now have estates larger than local councils.

Maybe he could buy his own home?

This is why me must vote UKIP. They would close the ticket offices and say up yours Comrade Crow !

Your proud English man is quite capable of charging his plastic ticket on a pay as you go or season ticket basis depending on his class.

Unfortunately Socialist Johnny Euro has no conception of class, they snarl up the ticket machines because they won't queue since it infringes their human rights whilst stuggling with the Oyster card system and zones because of fish quotas

Why is tax paying money being wasted teaching ticket offices to speak Eurolish.

seems to be overlooked here: how is he supposed to negotiate a deal when he's out of the country? i read that he would only negotiate directly with Boris (a classic ruse to avoid negotiation, insisting on a stalemate), so is he offering to fly him out to Mexico?

back to the binfest, can one assume that all those defending Crow's housing arrangments would support say a wealthy executive having a council home? what would you say if Bob Diamond had a council flat in Chelsea?

Please do. As it will result in a bigger Labour majority and end with the tories tearing themselves in half over Europe yet again. Now that will be a cause to get the Champagne out.

It is simply incredible that someone on 145k a year should be allowed to remain living in a council house at the expense of (generally less well paid) tax payers, while others below the poverty line have to wait. Of course it should be means-tested, just as most other state benefits are.

Not according to some it would appear perfectly fair.

What someone really needs to do is invent a talking device which enables two people in different places to communicate. You could call it something like, er, a tele-phone? I reckon it would catch on.

Naturally, I am sure he claimed it was a working holiday so his Union members contributed.

Oh they will...for the European elections only, to make the politicians realise that the people of this country are fed up with being ruled by an unelected foreign body...we fought two world wars to avoid the continent have dominance over our elected parliament..now the left...yes, you want to give it all away...your'e so into Labour...tell me...how did they do last time...(apart from taking us into an illegal war and bankrupting the country),...
